We use JIRA, a simple but effective requirements, issue tracking and project management product for Agile projects.
Even the most meticulously planned design process and extremely detailed specifications will fail to capture every requirements and nuance of the system. Business processes are continuously and rapidly evolving. To ensure that critical changes are always accounted for and that there are no surprises when the solution is delivered, we conduct daily scrum meetings, which we encourage our customers and end-users to attend.
This allows the customer to have a clear view as to how the project is progressing, and begin testing the early versions of the product. This way, we catch and fix mistakes early, and fast.
